A little run-about from technology
I leave for no nextel, no phone, no computer basically no technology tomorrow for 7 days. I think i will miss it alll.
My kids got me an Ipod today. Now I'm purusing the thoughts of podcasting and music copywrite law and the question "how much memory can you put on an ipod" "why would a person need 100mb of memory?" Want to find a new artist in your favorite genre?
Now for a interesting thought. The new Harry Potter came out today, so we got the book for our son. He is now quietly reading in his room hoping to put the entire 600 plus pages into his head before tomorrow morning. Read a review by a British journalist who bought the book at midnight and finished in a single reading and posted blogs while going.
Technology is changing the very way we process and analyze. It's changing the speed at which we make decisions and process our ideas and dreams.

Independance Day
Take today to think it through
What does your life look like if those members of the elite upper-class in 1776 don't sign that declaration?
I asked my sons if they would sign it with all the possible dangers ... They said emphatically "no"
Why? Because they have never been deprived of their basic liberties.
